This is my take on the toa of lightning from The Yesterday Quest, Toa Chiara

I decided to make her color scheme blue and very light bluish grey, since I felt that white was a bit too bright

I wanted to make this physically, but I wasn't able to get the parts I needed for it in time :c

It can be completely built physically, and I have a copy built physically (although in the wrong colors)

As their secret santa gift to me on the Deltarune Unofficial Message Boards, Fulvern drew my Chiara moc!
